hi darling, thanks for the visit. i rarely drink slimfast because it's loaded with sugar, i only use it once in a while. the best pa rin ang regular breakfast meal esp. loaded with wholegrains liek oatmeal kasi because it helps a lot esp. when you're trying to lose some weight. good luck on your diet and nice talking to you too.

Sands, na aliw ako sa post mo. That's a good tip re sore muscles, I didn't know that. Re Quaker Oatmeal breakfast, I didn't understand the question very much but I think the oatmeal is 2 points 1 cup cooked and blueberry is 1 pt per cup and skim milk is 2 pts per cup. I always allot 5 pts for breakfast and 5 pts for lunch then play around with the 10 points for the whole day. My lightest meal is dinner with the 0 point Progresso Soup and/or steamed veggies with toast or english muffin. Pareho ta

Hi Ger, you know what, I think one of the reason why I didn't lose weight last Monday was because of my soreness. I read in the WW forum that muscle soreness retains water so that makes you feel/look bloated. So dapat talaga when your muscles are aching drink lots of water para ma flush lahat ng retained liquids sa system mo. I actually don't care shoveling kasi sabi mo nga pampabawas calories, pero sana bukas walang heavy snow kasi busy ang career ng lola mo bukas, LOL!

Sands, you know what I actually enjoyed shoveling the snow because I know that will help me in my weight goal. Since I've in WW my mindset has really changed, pati the household chores I enjoy doing them too haha. Sira ba? My car got stuck in the snow too but a neighbour helped, but getting it out I was all alone. Major sense of accomplishment ang feeling when I was able to do it. But unlike you I didn't have a sked... I would've panicked too if it was me.

Hi Ger, per WW, my 10% weight target goal is 128.7lb, but my goal is 125 lbs. When I first started my weight was my highest ever and I was so concern about it...I was 143 lbs!!! :(

core plan seems easy to follow pero mahirap pala esp when there's a special occasion. On my first week I was not able to consume all my points bec. I was so cautious. I don't know, I think I will wait 'til this week and I'll see if I'll do the plan change. Worked out today and gained back 3 pts. for this week. I'm really hoping that I'll lose at least 1.5lbs next week esp. that another special dinner is coming this weekend:)

You're doing a great job! Aren't you excited about getting that key ring soon? :) Btw, one of the things I like about the flex plan is that it familiarizes me with healthy portion, great to know when in parties or trips.

Sandy, I'm so happy that you joined WW. I'm on the flex plan. Our leader advised it for newcomers to familiarize with the feeling of fullness or something like that. I originally wanted to do core plan pero now I find the flex plan just more convenient for me although I feel that the core plan is healthier in the long run. Congrats on your 5 lbs! If sa 'yo guilt feelings re using up your week points ako naman feeling of fear :) Pero we need to work on getting rid of these feelings don't we? You'
